Hi! I'm Alysha, CMT. Owner and creator of 3 Points Bodywork. I have heard the word "healer", inside of me my entire life. I grew up playing sports and instructing swimming, skiing and snowboarding. So naturally my initial schooling was in Sports Medicine and Kinesiology. Studying the ways our bodies work was a door opening. After I found some settling in myself, I felt guided to begin my pursuit of Massage Therapy. I did not know going into this that Craniosacral was going to be my specialty. I followed the breadcrumbs where they lead me. 

I went to massage school in Davis at Massage Therapy Institute. I completed over 700 hours and most of the hours were in "listening touch" modalities. I fell in love with one human body listening to another human body, with having my mind get out of the way so the Client can be seen. I can tell that the more I get out of the way, the more "healing" can occur.

I am still pursuing further craniosacral instruction with passion.
