Service Description
This is a gentle hands-on approach to access the physical, energetic, and emotional state of the entire body. Primary contacts are made to the head, spine and sacrum, giving your body a chance to correct the flow of cerebro-spinal fluid. This can be helpful for headaches or migraines, TMJ, back and neck pain, anxiety, depression, physical or emotional wounds and so much more. These sessions are clothes on, I ask that you wear loose, comfortable, stretchy clothing, no jeans please. We spend 20-30 minutes doing an "intake" together then I start the hands-on session. I block extra time in case your body is in a process that needs completion. It's at least an hour of hands on work.
Cancellation Policy
Please give at least 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment. I understand if an illness or emergency comes up and an appointment needs to be changed. I will only charge if this is a reoccurring pattern. Please take note any and all cancellations affect my schedule and my small business income. Thank you so much!
