Service Description
In these sessions I aim to follow your breath. As you travel inward, I can sink in another layer. I am not here to cause pain, I am here to help change the density of your muscle tissues. I combine Swedish long strokes to warm things up with slow precise movements to get a release. This is not all deep, and it is not all light. I do my best to listen to your tissues and nervous system to intuit where the pressure needs to be.
Cancellation Policy
Please give at least 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment. I understand if an illness or emergency comes up and an appointment needs to be changed. I will only charge if this is a reoccurring pattern. Please take note any and all cancellations affect my schedule and my small business income. Thank you so much!
