Service Description
In these sessions I aim to follow your breath. As you travel inward, I can sink in another layer. I am not here to cause pain, I am here to help change the density of your muscle tissues. I combine Swedish long strokes to warm things up with slow precise movements to get a release. This is not all deep, and it is not all light. I do my best to listen to your tissues and your nervous system to see where the pressure needs to be on any given day.
Cancellation Policy
Please give at least 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment. I understand if an illness or emergency comes up and an appointment needs to be changed. I will only charge if this is a reoccurring pattern. Please take note any and all cancellations affect my schedule and my small business income. Thank you so much!
